Jarrow Roofing BCA have been handed an away tie at Barnoldswick Town in the FA Cup extra preliminary round on Saturday 6 August.
This will be the first time the two clubs have faced each other and the Roofers will travel to the Silentnight Beds Stadium, which is between Burnley and the southern edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, to take on a side that finished in eleventh place in the North West Counties Football League Premier Division last season and play at the same level of the pyramid as Roofing.
The winners of the tie will face Northern League opposition at home in the preliminary round with a draw against either Washington or Dunston UTS on Saturday 19 August.
In the FA Vase, Roofing face another cross-league trip as they were pulled out of the hat to face Northern Counties East Football League Division One side Eccleshill United.
This will be the second time the teams have played each other, with the first game coming in the FA Cup extra preliminary round back in August 2014 when Roofing won 4-1 at Boldon.
This time, Roofing will travel just north of Bradford on Saturday 9 September for the first qualifying round game against a team who finished in ninth place last season in their league with sits at the same level as the Northern League Division Two.
The winners of the game will then be at home on Saturday 23 September in the second qualifying round, hosting Knaresborough Town who last season finished two places above Eccleshill in their league.
The customary draw for the Northern League’s Brooks Mileson Memorial League Cup was not made at the League AGM at the start of June, with the draw instead delayed until the start of August.
